Reata Ranch HOA, Inc Dues/Assessments

Per HOA By Laws, Dues are to be paid by Jan 1. Considered late on Jan 11 and late fee assessed that day of $100. Additional late fee of $100 shall be assessed on every 7th day thereafter (18th, 25th, 2/1, 2/8, etc…) until paid, in full, along with the late fees assessed. On February 1 further action, as per the CCRs, may take place.
